What steps should be taken if my transaction is stuck in “Pending” Status?

Pending transaction could be due to various reasons, depending on the transaction timelines taken by Finmo’s banking partner & Bank holidays in the country to complete the transaction. 

In case the timelines is passed and the transaction is still stuck in “Pending” state, please reach out to support@finmo.net so that we can investigate the transaction for you.
