What steps should be taken if my transaction is stuck in “Failed” Status?

In the event of a failed Payout transaction, you can check for the reason for failure in the payout section.

Click on All Payouts under Payout section

 


Filter with the “Failed” Status or “Date”or “Payout ID” and click on view more details 


Find the “Reason For Failure” in the bottom section


In case you still have additional queries feel free to send an Email along with the Payout ID to support@finmo.net to get more visibility on the Failed Transaction.
