To load funds locally:
Create a Virtual Account (VA) on a Payout wallet and top-up funds. We support Local VA creation on Payout wallet in Australia, Singapore, Europe, Great Britain and Indonesia.
Load funds via local payment methods available to your Payin wallet and do an inter-wallet transfer from Payin to Payout wallet. This method is preferred in markets such as Philippines and Thailand
To load funds internationally:
Adding funds to Payout (Local) Wallet internationally is possible through an Incoming Funds Transfer (IFN) Notification process. In this process you can transfer the funds to Finmo bank accounts and attach a proof of transfer via the Finmo Dashboard. Once we receive the funds, we will credit your Payout wallet accordingly.
